Real Estate investing is my life's passion and has been since before I could legally buy property. I started my investment journey in my teens, purchasing stocks in Gold and moved up to my first property deal at the age of 20, a large 5 bedroom house that I rented per room while I lived there. Since then I've built new homes, subdivided land, converted an old library into a house, bought interstate, renovated to keep and renovated to flip.
